Quiet and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities, and everything was clean. There was a patio outside with chairs and table to relax at. Everything was great!

This is the perfect place for 2 people, a nice stand alone fully equipped studio apartment with parking for one car. Location couldn’t be more convenient, grocery store, coffee shops and drug store within walking distance, very close to my family and to Niagara Falls, wineries and restaurants.. Plus 4 nights at this location was equal to one night in a hotel with no meals. Can’t beat that. In a nice safe and quiet section of Welland. Would definitely use again. Nothing

We loved the clean and inviting atmosphere. They thought of all the little things. The hosts were available for any and all our needs, and communication with them was easy. We can't wait to stay here again. Everything was great. Nothing negative to say.
